COURSE
OVERVIEW
A
technical pre-spud event for the entire drilling team with the
aim of preventing non-productive time (NPT) and thereby reducing
costs. This is achieved through presentation of the well programme
and the development of well-specific hole section action plans,
along with specific technical modules designed to promote the
avoidance of unscheduled events, while stressing throughout the
importance of effective communication and team work.
