OVERVIEW
Interactive
workshop sessions focusing on techniques for enabling crew members
to develop communication skills. This ensures and optimises efficiency
and safety at work, as well as promoting mutual respect and positive
relations between individuals and teams.
These modules are highly practical and student-centred with an
emphasis on practising communication and listening skills using
current case histories in the offshore workplace.The sessions
are facilitated by field-experienced presenters who understand
the issues and challenges faced by today’s rig crew personnel.
