COURSE
OVERVIEW
A
practically orientated well/equipment-specific pre-spud event,
involving group interaction and problem solving focusing on the
well control challenges of the deep water well to be drilled with
reference to the client's own policies and procedures. Morning
classroom presentations, discussions and workshop sessions may
be complemented by afternoons of realistic practical exercises
on the rig floor simulator (programmed with client's well data
if required), and enhanced via graphic demonstration using the
"SideKick" advanced kick simulator.
